NXT VEHICLE

I just tested the first pieces of code for my NXT vehicle. Right now it's just avoiding any obstacles. During the next weeks I'll expand the code towards some compass navigation stuff. 

NXT NAVIGATION

I just built another NXT prototype to test a few programs in terms of compass navigation. The vehicle carries two ultrasonic sensors, one light and the compass sensor. Apart from that the intention was to keep the setup as simple as possible. I'll try the code stuff during the next weeks.

A couple of weeks ago I got a nice present: cardboard robi! A bit of working with scissors and glue - and he was born.

JUPITER & MOON

I've been out with my telescope last night after improving the webcam a bit. Even with my low-end equipment I'm able to capture some interesting stuff. Obviously there are much better videos out there on youtube but maybe it's simply a motivation for all who think it's not worth going out at night. It is!
But I have to admit that I'm keen in getting a larger telescope some day.
